Headaches? Tired, maybe? How about irritable? It&#8217;s so profound that we are so committed to doing something (fasting) that reduces us to such a minimal form of ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>One of the reasons why Fasting is so difficult at times, is because the reward is so great.
